If you wish to stop the next payment (cancel), please contact us by email at least 7 business days before the next payment date.

Deadline
7 business days before the next payment date (excluding weekends, holidays, and company holidays)
After deadline
If the deadline has passed, or if you contact us on a holiday, the cancellation will be processed for the following month. We cannot cancel or refund the current month's payment, so please apply early.
